POS1286 SHORT-TERM AND MID-TERM EFFICACY OF CAUDAL EPIDURAL STEROID INJECTIONS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF DEGENERATIVE SCIATICA

Background: Epidural steroid injections are largely used in the management of osteoarthritis-related sciatica. Three possible sites injection possible: caudal through sacral hiatus, interlaminar and transforaminal site. The technique is known to be most simple one. However, doubts still persist about this infiltration’s efficacy. Objectives: aim work was study short-term mid-term efficacy epidural patients suffering from sciatica related a degenerative etiology determining factors its Methods: A retroscpective, descriptive monocentric conducted Sahloul university hospital Tunisia.
